Objectives


    SOCIO-ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION OF INDIA (SEFI), a registered Public Charitable Trust, set up on 3rd Feb 2011 at NOIDA, with multifarious objectives, namely; to promote the noble ideals for alleviation of human suffering; eradication of illiteracy and poverty; imparting of sound education and training for employment and opportunities for research; to development and empowerment of human beings into socially responsible, economically productive, intellectually alert and morally upright members of society and to promote national integration.

    Special emphasis is on the service of the people, particularly the poor and the deprived, the minority communities and the backward classes of India and in areas of the greatest social and economic need.

    Categorized Brief Objects and purposes are as under:

    1 . Literacy and Education
      1.1. Establish University/Institutions for technical education and Medical Science.

      1.2. Establish, maintain, run, develop and improve, extend, grant donations , under its own auspices or of other agencies;schools, colleges, workshops, computer training centres, industrial and technical training institute, polytechnics, programs, projects.

      1.3. Development of scientific temper, hostels, libraries, etc., for the poor and indigent student.

      1.4. Generate activities research, training and the propagation of ideas in those areas which had been of special interest to the deprived minorities.

    2 . Economic Empowerment
      2.1. Adoption of zones, areas, districts, institutions for promotion and development of agriculture.

      2.2. Maintain agriculture farms for the benefit of poor persons especially widows, orphans and the disabled.

      2.3. Uplift of the underprivileged backward classes, minority communities, women and handicapped.

      2.4. Generate employment and skills among the youth.

    3 . Social and Administrative Empowerment
      3.1. Reform and strengthening of the administration and public institutions.

      3.2. Institutions for conserving and promoting national heritage.

      3.3. Propagation ofnational integration and universal brotherhood and will organize lectures, seminars and exhibition.

    4 . Environment and Health
      4.1. Protection of the environment.

      4.2. To take up schemes and projects for pollution's control, health awareness, AIDS
      awareness.

      4.3. To provide medical facilities to intended beneficiaries by establishing clinics, Maternity Homes, Laboratories, Hospitals and Camps as well as other allied services.

      4.4. Health and care of the aged, the vulnerable and dispossessed, the handicapped, the minority and backward communities, women and children.

      4.5. Enhancement of quality of human life.
